People with type 2 diabetes usually get medications, dietary and exercise advice. Sometimes one must also inject insulin.
Was formerly known as "adult-onset diabetes. But it is also common in younger people.

Diabetes Type 1
The body produces no insulin anymore.
The immune system is accidentally broken the cells that produce insulin.
People with type 1 diabetes must inject themselves several times a day insulin, or wear an insulin pump.
